A: ProStudioHQ is proudly run by Stan Steel — founder, producer, photographer, DJ, blogger, and creative powerhouse. One man, many hats. 💪

Q: What kind of services do you offer?
A: We offer professional headshots, product photography, music and podcast recording sessions, mobile DJ services, audio mastering, affiliate content, and more.

Q: Can I book a session online?
A: Yes! Use our Booking Page to lock in a time. Need something custom? Hit us up on the Contact Page.

🎛️ Gear & Tech

Q: What kind of equipment do you use?
A: We use Sony cameras, Flashpoint lighting, a professional DJ setup, Reaper/Reason DAWs, and top-tier audio gear including the JoMoX MBase11, M.Brane11, and Roland gear.

Q: Can I rent the space and use my own gear?
A: Absolutely! BYOG (Bring Your Own Gear) is welcome. Just let us know ahead of time so we can make space and set things up for you.

💳 Pricing & Payments

Q: How much do sessions cost?
A: Headshots start at $100 for a 15-minute session. DJ gigs, studio rentals, and recording sessions are priced per project — please see our Pricing Page for more.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, and sometimes Bitcoin. Let’s talk.

🕒 Policies & Cancellations

Q: What’s your cancellation policy?
A: We get it — life happens. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee. No-shows may be charged a cancellation fee.

Q: Do I need to sign a waiver or contract?
A: For certain services like photography or recording, yes. We’ll send a quick and easy contract via email before the session. This protects both of us.

Q: I’m having trouble with the website. What should I do?
A: If the site’s acting up, email us at [email protected] or DM us on social. We’ll fix it ASAP.
